Information we collect

We collect the information needed to create and protect your account, operate earning features and process cashouts.

• Google account details returned when you sign in, such as your email address and Google account identifier.
• Profile information you provide after your first sign-in: username, date of birth and gender.
• Your FaucetPay email or username, when you save it as your payment method.
• Account activity, including paid-to-click views, offer and survey conversions reported by partners, daily check-ins, coupon redemptions, referrals, bonuses, balance entries and cashout requests.
• Technical and security information, such as IP address and the country derived from it, whether the network looks like a VPN, proxy or hosting provider, browser user agent, a device fingerprint, session records and verification results.
• Usage measurement collected through analytics, described in the analytics section below.

How we use information

• Provide accounts, offers, surveys, paid-to-click ads, daily check-ins, coupons, bonuses, rank, referrals, activity history and cashouts.
• Show offers and ads you are eligible for based on your country and device type.
• Validate completions, enforce cooldowns and daily limits, and prevent duplicate, automated or fraudulent activity.
• Hold, settle or reverse partner rewards and referral commission when a partner reports a conversion as invalid.
• Decide whether a cashout can be sent automatically or needs manual review.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve GiftTask, meet applicable legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

Anti-fraud and device checks

To keep rewards available to real people, GiftTask uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a motion verification step on paid-to-click claims, a device fingerprint that links each device to one member account, and IP reputation lookups through ip-api.com that tell us whether a connection comes from a VPN, proxy or hosting network. These checks are a condition of earning and cannot be disabled while using member features.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the site, such as which pages are viewed and which features are used. Analytics runs with IP anonymisation enabled, and advertising, ad personalisation and ad-user-data signals are switched off, so the measurement is not used to build advertising profiles.

Analytics is loaded only when a measurement ID is configured for the environment you are using. You can block it with browser settings or an extension without losing access to account features.

Advertising on GiftTask

Paid-to-click claim pages show ad units from third-party ad networks, such as A-ADS and ccnsad. These units load from the network’s servers, which receive your IP address and browser information and may use their own cookies under their own privacy policies. Sponsored sites you open from paid-to-click ads are operated by their advertisers, not by GiftTask.

Cookies and sessions

GiftTask uses essential HttpOnly cookies to keep you signed in and protect requests, and a first-party cookie to remember your cookie preferences. Analytics and third-party ad units may set their own cookies as described above. Blocking essential cookies prevents account features from working.

Service providers and partners

We share only the data reasonably needed to operate each feature. Offer wall and survey partners receive a pseudonymous account identifier plus the IP address and browser user agent needed to show eligible offers and report a completion back to us.

• ip-api.com — IP reputation and location lookups.
• Offer wall and survey partners — BitcoTasks, CPX Research, Notik, TimeWall, Wannads, ayetStudios, MM Wall and TheoremReach.
• A-ADS and ccnsad — ad units on paid-to-click claim pages.
• FaucetPay — member cashouts and advertiser deposits. Cashouts share your FaucetPay account and the amount sent.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain transaction and security records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Balance, reward and cashout records are kept as a financial audit trail even after an account is closed. We use administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may choose which offers, surveys and ads to use, change your payment method in Settings and block analytics in your browser. You may ask the official support channel about access, correction or deletion of your account information. Some records may need to be retained for security, transaction integrity or legal reasons.

Children

GiftTask is not directed to children. Do not register if you are below the minimum age required in your country to agree to these terms, and contact support if an account was created for a child so it can be removed.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as GiftTask changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes may also be announced in the service.
