Using GiftTask

By creating an account or using GiftTask, you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate registration information, keep your account secure and use the service only where participation is lawful for you.

Accounts and eligibility

• Use only one account unless GiftTask expressly permits otherwise.
• Do not sell, transfer or share access to your account.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for meeting the eligibility rules shown for each task or provider.

Tasks, Points and rewards

Points are an in-service accounting unit and are not a bank deposit. A task may be credited only after its requirements and validation checks are complete. GiftTask may reverse duplicate, invalid, refunded or fraudulent credits and may correct clear balance errors.

Task availability, reward amounts, limits and eligibility may vary. Starting a task does not guarantee credit when the task or provider requirements are not completed.

Withdrawals

Most withdrawals are processed automatically. New or unusual requests may be reviewed for up to 48 hours. Requests can be rejected or returned when account, balance, payout details, provider availability or security checks do not satisfy the displayed requirements.

Acceptable use

• Do not automate views, clicks, surveys, claims or other participation.
• Do not use VPNs, proxies, emulators, multiple identities or misleading information to bypass eligibility, location, rate or account limits.
• Do not interfere with GiftTask, probe its security, manipulate providers or submit content that is unlawful, harmful or deceptive.

Third-party services

Offers, surveys, advertisements and payouts may be provided by third parties. Their availability, content and decisions are outside GiftTask’s direct control, and their own terms and privacy notices may apply.

Suspension and availability

GiftTask may limit or suspend access while investigating abuse, protecting users or providers, complying with law or maintaining the service. Features may change, pause or end, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
